New Hair!

Cardigan - Urban Outfitters
Ring - Topshop

I finally got my hair did! Yesterday I went to Cutting Room Creative in Leeds City Centre and after 7 long hours my hair was finally transformed from brown to blonde. I asked for a blue/silver tint to my newly white locks which I think adds an interesting dimension to it. Not too sure about the fringe, I think I prefer fuller ones but I can always get that done another time. I am very happy with the colour though. If you need a good colourist I would highly recommend you visit CRC.

My hair needed 3 bleachings and two applications of toner to get it like this so a fair bit needed to be cut off. My old salon used to just apply it once and then sit me under a heat lamp but they needed to cut my hair shorter so perhaps multiple applications are the way forward. It cost me £120 in total which is pretty decent plus I got 25% off as it was my first visit. I think something that helped to save more of my hair was this wonder hair treatment I used. I purchased this from Tesco for the grand total of... £1.50! I'd heard that coconut oil was a good hair treatment from the girl behind one of my favourite tumblrs so I figured I would give it a go. I found it in Tesco's world foods aisle where I also picked up some Sarsaparilla (I love this drink so much, it reminds me of when I was younger and we used to go to Woolwich market at the weekend). If you rub it all over your hair (the coconut oil that is, not Sarsaparilla!), sleep with it on and wash it off in the morning, you're left with the most amazingly soft hair. You can also use it as a kind of wax/serum. Its totally natural and so good for your hair. Give it a go!

After my appointment I popped into Urban Outfitters and got this cardigan. It is so warmy, I think I'm in love!

  2. Your hair looks lovely! You suit being a blonde :) I had no idea you could get pure coconut oil from tesco, I always look for it in Morrisons baking section to no avail. It's really popular for afro hair; there was a man with dreads who used to get the same bus as me to town who would always smell of coconuts because of his hair haha.

They used to sell it in Superdrug hair section for 99p but discontinued it, and haven't been able to find it ever since! It does work a wonder on damaged hair. Fab :)

Your hair really does look lovely though, I think I prefer blonde to brown. The tint is amazing too, I can't stand yellow hair! VOM!

  20. your hair is amazing! when i dyed mine red from platinum (and hated it) most salons refused to dye it back to platinum because they said it would just fall out. anyway in the end i got it done & it didn't fall out but it cost a fortune & took multiple visits! I wish I'd gone to the salon you went to now.

  25. I recently asked "pay someone to take my online accounting class for me" and they did a great job! They were very helpful in making sure I understood the material and got a good grade. I also got a new hairstyle recently and I'm very happy with the new haircut.

  26. Your hair style looks amazing, now I am also willing to own your hair style because it really cool. I also wanted to buy the hair oil which you mentioned above. So, please kindly let me know that where can I get this hair oil. Currently I need to write my assignment and that is why I can not do some research about the product. So, if you tell me the place that it would be more feasible for me.
